Financial Payment Services Design Document
This design document proposes a 20 minute e-Learning course that trains new customer service employees of a financial institution. It is to be developed in Articulate Rise 360.

Overview:
The client, the Instructional Design Company, requested that an instructional video be rebuilt as an eLearning lesson in Storyline 360 using the existing audio file and assets as a starting point. The client gave me permission to add in new elements and edit the audio file as needed.
Problem:
Because the instructional video was being shared outside of the Learning Management System, the Instructional Design Company L&D team was not able to track the completion of the lesson. They needed the lesson to be rebuilt in Storyline 360 so that it could be added to their LMS and user completions tracked.
Solution:
The instructional video was completely rebuilt in Storyline 360. To enhance the quality of the learning experience, I added in more images, an infographic, included a video block, removed any portions of the audio that limited the transitions between slides, increased movement within the learning experience by reducing the content segments attached to specific slides, and more.

Overview:
The client requested a training be built to encourage inclusion in the workplace. Inclusive organizations have leveraged the Diversity of skills, experience, and perspectives to create a work environment that allows everyone to want to strive for and do their best.
Problem:
This is a lack of an inclusive workplace culture where diverse skills, experiences, and perspectives are fully valued and leveraged. Without inclusion, employees may feel undervalued or excluded, which can limit their motivation, engagement, and ability to contribute their best work. This training aims to address these gaps by encouraging behaviors and mindsets that foster inclusion, leading to a more supportive and productive work environment for everyone.
Solution:
This training will introduce learners to the core concepts of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), helping them understand what each term means and how they interconnect. Through clear explanations and practical examples, the course will break down DEIB into manageable parts, highlighting why these principles are essential for creating a respectful and productive workplace. By building this foundational knowledge, learners will be better equipped to contribute to an inclusive culture where everyone feels valued and supported.
